I know this isn't a weekend event but I really wanted to remind you of this wonderful way to give back so that you have plenty of advance time to plan on attending. (and this probably isn't the last time I will post it.)
LaFontsee Galleries of Grand Rapids is working with children to create and donate works of art to be displayed at the Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. The times and dates of the remaining events are listed below:
Tuesday, April 13, at 3pm, 4pm & 5pm
Saturday, April 17, at 11am, 12pm, 1pm & 2pm
Tuesday, April 20, at 3pm, 4pm & 5pm
Saturday, April 24, at 11am, 12pm, 1pm & 2pm
If you and your child/children would like to participate in creating one of these artworks, please email heidi@lafontsee.us or call 616-451-9820. Art making space is limited, reservations are free. What a great way to give back.
