Has anyone tried to get this deal today? I went yesterday, missing the significant fact that Santa Buddies doesn't come out until today! Just wondering if they will really give you the gift card when the discounted prices make the purchase under $40. Also wondering if the movies are still available at the Toys R Us locations here in GR - I won't be able to get over there until later...
Ok, so this is not really the correct deal. It looks like you subtracted the $8 for buying them together twice. The starting prices are 29.99 for Santa Buddies and 19.99 for Snow White. I was bummed for not getting them as cheap as what I thought it would be... (might return them)
The $8.98 price point took into account the $10 GC for spending $40+ on Disney titles. It should have been $18.98 OOP.

Nope, 26.98 OOP and then the $10 gift card. So it is like spending 16.98 (plus tax). Not horrible, but not as good as 8.98! Bummer, huh?
